Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorisation, guests will be charged.
Cleaning, linen and towels are offered twice weekly free of charge. Additional cleaning, linen and towels are available at an additional fee.
The property will contact you prior to arrival, with clear check-in instructions. Late check-in between 20:00 - 22:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 30. Late check-in between 22:00 - 00:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 50. If you expect to arrive after 22:00 please contact the property to inform them of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. 星巴克不時舉辦飲品買一送一，或者是促銷優惠來吸引買氣。但每當遇上活動期間，店內人潮總是絡繹不絕，有如菜市場一般吵雜。一名網友在「mobile01」論壇中抱怨表示，在這樣的景象之下，「看到台灣最典型、最美的風景：自私」。
該名網友在文中提到，日前他經過星巴克，看見許多人潮，就知道又在舉辦活動，不過店內的吵雜程度卻遠超越了工地、市場等地方。他說道：「有看影片，放很大聲的自私鬼；拿著手機、開著電腦，故意大聲的說話，好像事業很大的菜鳥業務；有同學們聚會，一個個大聲的嘻嘻哈哈！加上，星巴克多數都是封閉空間，聲音都在空間裡面迴盪。」
最後他離開星巴克，並隨意去了一間小七便利商店，發現竟比星巴克安靜了許多。對此，他感到台灣人真的十分自私，只想到自己，卻無顧及到一旁同樣在咖啡廳內用餐的顧客。
文章隨即引起網友們熱烈討論，且紛紛表示，「我也覺得星巴克人好多，好吵，都不能好好看書，思考。真不知道那些人幹嘛去星巴克坐。」、「你可能沒見過，拿自助餐進去吃的！」、「在公共場所講話輕聲細語本是美德，只是現在的人很少會替別人著想了，都是『我喜歡你管得著嗎？』的心態。要安靜真的要冷門時段去了」；不過卻也有網友認為星巴克本是喝咖啡聊是非的地方，且說「聊是非的地方你是想要多安靜？聊是非會越聊越起勁，會high的你不知道嗎？」、「要看書，思考應該去圖書館不是去星巴克」。
